I brought my truck in just to have a shattered windshield replaced, so I thought. I expected this to be a simple routine repair. However, that was not at all the case. After meeting with Rachel, I learned there was a plethora of parts, checks, and tests that are involved in restoring my truck to its original, safe operating condition. She gave me confidence that I came to the right shop, so I decided to have my truck detail by them rather than bring it to the dealership, where I usually have work done. Another good decision because they exceeded my expectations. Kudos to Nicole and Anna as well for continuously giving me progress updates throughout my service experience. Full Tilt has been my go to shop whenever I need something fixed. My 2021 Toyota Highlander needed a bit of TLC after a mailbox encounter. On my initial visit, I was greeted by Anna and was treated very professionally and courteously. . Anna kept me in the loop by frequently checking in with me on the progress of the repairs. She is a wonderful asset to the Full Tilt team. When I picked up my car, I was more than pleased! Zak and his crew not only fixed the damage but touched up every bit of cosmetic issue they could find! They also cleaned the car to the point of it looking brand new inside and out! These guys are a top notch crew and I highly recommend a visit to them when you need your car fixed. They will be my go to guys whenever I have a car that needs some work! ~ Denise O

Highly Recommend this body shop, particularly for premium brand vehicles. I was steered there by Roland at Audiwerks, who I trust. The damage to my Audi was quite a bit more extensive than was evident to the untrained eye, even to the appraiser. The appraiser came back and agreed that the identified damage was legitimate. Specifically, my recommendation is based on Full Tilt's attention to detail and on quality of workmanship. There is a trade off in that they are busy shop, and take the time to do things right. For me the work took longer than I would have liked, but I quite literally feel like they went above and beyond and made my car feel and drive new again, so I am endorsing them unreservedly. ~ John N

The front staff literally rescued me and my wife from being abused by the insurance companies and TOOK CARE OF EVERYTHING!!! I have experienced working with other body shops before, but NEVER have I been treated like genuine family members with true compassion ❤️ I hope you believe this post to be real became were rear ended at 50-60 mph while at a dead stop. We had just bought our 2022 Pathfinder two months prior. Traumatized both physically and emotionally, we had no idea what we were doing, and the insurance company was not our friend 😪 FULL TILT gave us the assurance tto not worry about anything and every piece of advice we need to back off an let them handle it. Brought my car in for detailing and was extremely happy with the results. From my first phone call, I knew I was in good hands with Anna - she explained the process and was upfront about timing and cost. Car was ready early and the detailing job was impeccable. We discovered the windshield washers nozzles were, coincidentally, in need of replacement as they weren’t working. Matt, the co-owner, spent time to check in on my satisfaction with the detailing job, and offered to order and replace the washer nozzles. My return visit was just as pleasant - they are a trustworthy, honest, skilled, and friendly team, dedicated to deliver results. They treat your car with your best interest in mind. context: My truck got totaled after the most frustrating 7 months ever Despite that, this was an unbelievably amazing experience with Full Tilt. Despite them not even repairing my vehicle I would wholeheartedly recommend them and will return myself. Every week I received an update by text message on the status of my truck, and if I had additional questions I got responses within 24 hours. When things got messy with my insurance company, they went above and beyond fighting for me and what I deserved. Unlike the insurance company which tried to hide behind my ignorance of the laws regarding how insurance, car repairs, and the like work, Full Tilt took the time to educate me and provide me with the resources I needed. I was involved in a car accident in which I was rear ended and not at fault. I had it towed to their lot because I lived in Easthampton. Their guidance and customer service throughout the process was outstanding. They pursued the insurance of the person that hit me and were a TREMENDOUS help in bringing the situation to resolution. They not only insured that I got a rental, they sought the proper claim information so I would not have to pay for it out of my pocket. They even got in extended when it took longer than expected. Megan in their front office was AMAZING. It turned out that the vehicle was totaled and they weren't even able to fix the car, but they never let up on the courteous helpful service. Don't know how I would have gotten through it without them. They have certainly earned my business should I ever have a need again. ~ Rondey A

FULL TILT IS LIT 🔥 I can’t express in words how fantastic the staff is and how great of a job they did on my vehicle. This was my first time involved in an accident and both Alyssa and Taylor (receptionists) were super friendly and made my experience stress free. What I loved most was that staff would call me me to give me updates on my cars status. My car was scheduled for pickup for Tuesday but being how hard working the staff is, my car was ready for pickup for Monday afternoon. My car was PERFECT WHEN I GOT IT 😍 The grill was like brand new and they even took care of a scratch on the side of the car which was unrelated to my cars service. They took the time to wax, vacuum, and polish the inside of the vehicle. I would highly recommend their services everyday of the week and twice on Sunday. Thank you guys so very much. My car is a 2007 we with only 26,000 miles because it had been sitting outside for some time. Unfortunately it was sitting uncovered and being beaten down by the sun. It took some time to find a shop that I trusted and am overjoyed I found Matthew and the guys at Full Tilt Auto. I have never dealt with a shop that seems just as concerned about your vehicle as the owner and are unsurpassed when it comes to thoroughness and attention to detail. I was well informed throughout the whole process and upon completion could not be happier. The quality of the work could not be better and to sum it up in one word, "Flawless"! My FJ cruiser looks brand new again and I am getting compliments galore. Incredible experience with Full Tilt! I was rear-ended in what was originally thought to be a minor accident. Insurance company attempted to steer my business to one of their "preferred shops" for what would have been an unsafe repair. Full Tilt made me aware of my rights as a consumer and worked with me and my insurance company to reach a favorable conclusion. Their customer service is amazing! Shout-out to Taylor for answering my many emails in a timely fashion, and to Matt for communicating with me throughout this process. Even after the terrible fire that destroyed their shop, Full Tilt never missed a beat and completed my truck in a reasonable amount of time! Truck was fully detailed inside and out when I picked it up. Not only was the paint flawless but the color was a perfect match! Great work and friendly, caring staff. I was involved in a motor vehicle accident and had my vehicle towed to Full Tilt. The staff there is knowledgeable and friendly. They helped me through the entire process and my vehicle ended up being a total loss. They were helpful making sure I was well informed of all my options, and were extremely knowledgeable about the value of vehicles and how insurance companies are your best friends until you have a claim with them. They made sure I was armed with the information I needed to get what my SUV was really worth from my insurance company. It's about time that I updated my opinion with Full Tilt Auto Body. I left a scathing review because I did not like the response they gave on a question regarding my leaking sunroof on my 2009 Ford Escape. I admit now that was premature and infantile. A couple of years later, I turned to them for help regarding an accident in which I was rear-ended and my vehicle, a 2022 Pathfinder was totaled. They took the reins and I was able to relax, and it was the best company I could have contacted concerning my dilemma. Special regards to Stephanie and Melissa, who were so empathic to my pain. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Full Tilt. Their body work on my previous vehicle was excellent, so I returned when my van was hit by a moose. They texted updates at every step of the process from the moment they received my vehicle and kept me informed of my rights and what to expect next. Then, when my van was deemed a total loss, they sent me comps and the NADA price so I knew what I should be getting for it from my insurance company. I used their research to get more than $500 more for my van! They also informed me that it was very unusual for my insurance to charge me for storage fees, and I was able to bring that to my insurance and they did not end up charging me the extra $60/day they deemed beyond "reasonable." Full Tilt saved me close to $1,000! Their office staff is friendly and professional. I am so appreciative of their expertise and advise, I want to tell everyone! Thank you!! ~ Carrie H

I brought my 2020 Camry here after I was in a slight fender bender that left my bumper shattered. The office staff and techs were very clear and transparent about the whole repair timeline and costs. Throughout the repair I was informed that the vehicle was previously in an accident before my ownership and had cheap aftermarket parts which caused the whole bumper to shatter. Everyone there was very nice and helpful throughout the process. The car looks brand new after the work they did on it and I am very grateful. Was recommended after a minor accident did some cosmetic damage. Experience from start to finish was positive, despite the length of time it took (about 2.5 months). They were clear from the start about the expectations on timing however and they took car of all of the behind the scene details (talk to insurance companies, the rental pick up/drop off). Their communication was absolutely out of this world- I was updated regularly, even if it was no news! We were in the best hands and would use them again and recommend them to everyone! After a freak accident that damaged my brand new car, i was very rattled. Full Tilt's excellent service helped a lot to calm me down., They picked up my car, handled all the paperwork for the insurance, made it easy for me sign off online even though I was traveling out of the country, kept me fully informed at each stage of the repair, and delivered my vehicle back to me in a timely fashion. My car was repaired by Full Tilt Auto Body & Collision after I unfortunately hit a deer. They made the process of repairing my vehicle seamless from start to finish. The workmanship was excellent. My car looked like brand new when it was done and even the interior was absolutely spotless when I picked it up! The office girls kept me up to date as the repairs took place from explaining the process to securing a rental through my insurance company. I had my Audi S5 repainted by the Full Tilt team to fix wear and tear on the front end paint at 60k miles. The front end was painted, blending through the doors, as well as a paint correction on the rest of the car. Dents and dings were also cleaned up. This was discretionary by me and not an insurance job. The car came out FANTASTIC. I cannot say enough good things about the job done by the team at Full Tilt. My car looks new again and is ready for the next 60k miles of driving. In addition to the top quality work, the Full Tilt team’s communication was easy and clear. They spent a bunch of time with me before the job to ensure they did what I wanted and offered me options so I could decide how much work to do (and balance out the cost). If I had to do it again, I most certainly would. Full Tilt is a great shop that can certainly be trusted. It’s clear that they care about their customers and the quality of work they do. Full Tilt is by far the best Auto Body Shop that I have ever dealt with. They are the ONLY business that I will reccomend. They are friendly, hard working, professional and really helpful when dealing with insurance companies. They never short cut anything and wouldn't let my insurance company short cut the repairs that were actually needed. They advised me throughout the entire process and my truck looks better than before the accident. I've gotten cars repaired by a few different shops over the years and it turns out, I didn't know what a good shop was before coming to Full Tilt. My car looks better after being repaired here than it ever has. Rachel, Anna, and Nicole from the office staff are also AMAZING. They walked me through the process, gave me explanations of anything that needed to be signed, and kept me updated the whole way. i wish i had a before picture to show how great the work they did is, my car looks literally brand new! the whole staff was amazing, professional, and kind. very communicative with text and phone call updates on the status of repairs, new damage findings, and also explaining the terms of the warranty. i did end up having to bring it back for something minor afterwards but they fixed it within an hour no problem at all. to top it all off, the interior was detailed wonderfully. highly recommend full tilt! ~ Alivia S

Hands down the best place for car auto body repair! I was shocked how fast, friendly, courteous and knowledgeable everyone was at every step of the way. I was always kept informed of my vehicle progress and they dealt amazingly with my insurance company to make sure my car was repaired to the highest standard.
